We take seriously our responsibilities to protect, support, and to advocate on behalf of our employees. Our efforts are focused on providing training, including leading by example in areas such as workplace safety, health and wellness, diversity and inclusion, training and development, including continuing education. We believe in opportunity for all and are steadfast in our commitment to equal employment opportunity.
Bartender on Board understands that it takes all of us working together to truly have an impact societally. As such, we partner with organizations in the communities where we live and work, we use our community as a resource, and we seek to hire from within the communities we serve. We support engaging in activities such as community service, philanthropy, and prioritize partnerships with and support of small, minority, and women owned businesses. We support causes and initiatives with a specific goal of empowering others while remaining consistent with our brand identity.
Bartender on Board recognizes a shared responsibility to protect our planet. Where possible, and respecting current safety protocol, we use environmentally sound equipment and paper goods. We are seeking to expand an initiative to further reduce our use of non recyclable paper goods by 2022. Although our facilities and operations have a small ecological footprint, we reduce the environmental impact of our business by our continued use of waste reduction practices.

Bartender on Board’s Code of Conduct fosters a culture of honesty and accountability. This policy outlines the responsibilities of our employees, including ensuring that our bartenders, suppliers, and all vendors are aware of their obligation to conduct themselves in a legal and ethical way. We treat all employees with dignity and respect and follow all applicable laws and legislation related to labor and human rights.
